You can always toss me some of the easier scripts, as I'm sure you still have that crazy idea of making me a scripter ;-)

Torwhodoc is the time wizard that will most definitely be required to take you to this map... Though from which map, that's the question >_>

Make a destroyed post siege version of this map, and have some sort of portal there?

Just had an idea for a Torwhodoc quest. Old_foutpost!
It would add coolness to foutpost if there was an harder version of it, like at the time that Lor Malgorian's power was at it's peak, as if this outpost had endured much more than some orc raids and had an epic background story.
The transition could be done by Torwhodoc (or TorwhoDOC) in a nightmare map who explains how a critical battle that was hopeless and lost by the human side caused the world to become as it is (as if we were in another paradoxal future) and that this battle, if won, could turn the tides of time.
EDIT: Now that I think about it, everything I just said kinda looks like what's supposed to happen in old fort :|

You people and yer time traveling. ;)

I think Little-G realizes he'd more or less have to start from scratch to make this map work - he tends to run from anything that looks hard. ;) It's not just a matter of replacing every monster in it with a new monster - you'd actually have to place each monster properly - and if yer going to use spammy monsters, you'd have to cut down on the number present.

I still need to put Nashrwhatitz in the WIP archive, just been busy. I don't think this is worth putting old_fort in the WIP, archive - I'd suggest just getting helms_deep from one of the links provided in the thread, delete all the monsters, then position new ones with 'xyz' console command.

Yes, yes it does... Nevermind the Northmaul. In addition to having no sympathy for children who believe the weapon makes the man, I've no new model for a 1h mace.

Well, I just meant that the Lightning Rod is the "best" (in quotes because it's relative; not sure if it does damage to lightning elementals) mace in the game.

Yeah but my character is more a "Warrior" than a lightning mage, and now there has been alot of swords, while us macers are still stuck with calrians mace we had since ... 1.0 the beginning(there it looked like a normal mace)

And a warrior can't be swinging a mace enchanted by lightning or a maul enchanted by frost?

It's still amazing.

Edit: If anyone thinks it's funny, I'll add that it shouldn't be nerfed. I meant to say that it's always been a great weapon and it's a classic.

If yer going to restrict yourself to non-magic weapons, any epic level weaponry is straight out.

The northmaul has two sides, one ice elemental and the other non-elemental so you should enjoy it .

Unlike the Novablade, which unlike the Northmaul, is a "complete magic weapon".

Problem is mauls are heavy, and the north maul after what i read requires 25 blunt arms, i 21 blunt arms and levelling takes forever, on 15 swordsmanship i can hit harder with a GIB

You are here --> X
Valid point... but does your GIB slow enemies with ice magic? No it freezes them... hmm... freezing > slowing... valid point indeed. A new blunt arm would be cool.

North maul I believe only reqs 20 now. Although some of the charges need ice of some level or another. Can't remember the exacts off the top of my head.
