alright I have now exiled all people who decided to join Pimpstas new guild.
its sad to see so many just get up and go because someone had an issue with another person in the guild... While it does remain your choice to either stay or go, it makes me sad that reguarless of the differences between the people that we still couldn't get along.
I will admit there are some people online who annoy me but I also realise that no matter how annoying they are they are still another person and deserve the same respect as the next. Goes back to the old saying if you have nothing nice to say don't say anything at all.

I am glad to be seeing this finally happening, makes things more interesting. Shows you who is really loyal compared to just hanging around for the ride.
May GoW be a good guild! However let tPoD be a better one!

I will be going through all the stuff and looking at all current members, hopefully in this coming week we can see who is really staying in the guild VS people who where here for the ride, and of course I will update the front page with peoples levels.

A guild functions much like a family, people will always come and go. If everyone in the guild believed in me, and stayed because of me chances are I would lose alot of guild members, I just don't have the time to play the game like some other people! However when you find someone, someone who isn't in the guild because of any one particular player but there because they stand behind the ideals, or the general idea of the guild then you create a family. Something that can stand the test of time, something that will always be there even if your inactive for a week.
guilds that function on the need to be with others while are good and fun, aren't these family things can get between them and tear them apart. It can be over simple things or it could be over something much more complicated.
Loyalty to a guild is very important to me, I don't join or form guilds to meet people I form and join guilds to find a group of people with the same mind set, people who are interested in the same things, or just like the idea of being whatever it is that the guild is. Meeting people and making friends thats just a side bonus!
The people who left the guild while they did enjoy there stay as a crew member. They however did not truly believe in the guild, they fell short, they where more interested in keeping with certain people than standing behind the idea.

Loyalty to a group is something valuable, and I can judge that all of ye who 'ave left only had loyalty to only one man. If that was the case, I commend ye for leaving and creating your own clan because you cannot be the sailor of a captain who is not seen with respect by those crew members, they might as well ditch the boat and band their own! Arr.
Pimpsta, it's a shame to see ye go, but yew have committ'd acts of graand arsehattery that even us pirates cannot stand for. We wish ye luck with your new guild, but don't come crying back to us if it falls apart!
Well, in any case, we've had a setback, but that won't stop us. Damme yellowbellies jumpin' off cuz their poster boy jumped. Peh! You guys might as well have been actors than pirates! Time to get crackin' boys, start pluckin' people off the streets and into the boat!
