Like in Diablo 2, where you can beat the game in three difficulties. Normal, Nightmare and Hell (if I remember corret). Hell_thornlands would be kewl.

It cant really be a necro post when its a sticky.

But I think the map needs some updateing for Wicard and Blood. And maybe others I missed.

Updatez

- Finalized Bloodrose, Wicard Oven
- Added Demonic Temple (D. Temple) - this transition doesn't actually exist yet
- Added Port Ara (wip) and Lodagond (wip)

Port Ara - (by J) This map isn't official yet, but it may yet be out before months end. This is a port town overrun by orcs. How exactly to connect it is a bit sticky still - there's a beautiful docks area that just begs to have the Deralia boat added, however, the actual map begins inland, and you cannot enter from the port, we'll see. Since it'll almost certainly be done before Ocean's Crossing, if we do connect it via the port, the method of getting there will likely be giving the Deralia harbor master a chunk of change.

Lodagond - (by Crow) Maldora's floating fortress connects to the world in a rather unique way (so the plan goes). The idea being you will see either a special sky set or a model representing the Lodagond Fortress, and if you have a special item, you can then start a vote to teleport to it. Hence the little bug crawling on the world map appearance there.

Red fill = not finished. Full red fill = map is finished, but scripts aren't.

Actually, Underkeep will need some expansion to accommodate the title trainer scripts and arena I intended, so its should likely have a 70% fill instead.

Hall of Deralia is finished, and yes, we have the king model, just needs scripts.

Sadly, I'm far too busy with scripts for other maps at the moment.

I'm suggesting the map island1 be made an official map, if we could find the mapper who did it or get the source. There's an area that's unfinished with trees without their tops, my suggestion is that the trees be set on fire (justifying then not having tops) and have that area transition into a forest fire area, where the boss is a fire elemental (around level 20). From there, you could transition to Badlands when it's done by way of a bridge on the other side of the forest fire area. There's also a temple there, that looks like it could be an urdal temple. You could fill it with ghosts of fallen urdalian preists trying to stem off the undead that are taking over the lower part of the temple. That could transition to a corrupted temple level with some representative of torkalath as the boss (first dark elf to be seen maybe?). I just thought these were cool ideas and could help get some content connected to the pre existing world, you could even use the mscave underwater boat to get to island1, this tieing up another loose end.

I think the guy who did island1 (Oedepus) lost the source. It's a good training map, but doesn't really stand on its own as is.

The keep.. *d'oh* - I've no idea where Nasharwhatzitz is supposed to be though. (Granted I dunno how I'm going to squeeze The Bandit Keep in there either, the whole K. Prelude area is pretty crowded.)

I think the Badlands project was canceled along with its connecting maps, maybe I can move Foutpost to make some room in there.

Badlands isn't cancelled. Squirrel is "working" on it. Nashalrkwen I believe is supposed to connect to challs, isn't it? That or sfor, I thought.

@Thothie: I think that it would be awesome if you could finish scripting for the Hall of Deralia, and/or Old Helena, for next month...It's a shame, since they're basically done...And what of Underkeep? Is it in the same boat as the other two?

Underkeep needs a bit of expansion, but not much.

Been concentrating on Helena2/old_helena, but I have a lot of script requests, and we really need an new installer and AMX.

Not home much more often this month than the past two it seems, and a fluke with the new laptop prevented me from working on anything away from home, so I dunno how this is gonna go.

But back to the matter at hand. Keledrosruins would work out but I was under the impression that the transition there is for something else. I was thinking sfor but there is something there as well. Maybe another transition in sfor instead of using the broken bridge one?
