Basically, "make a thread about it" is my standard "get lost, I don't have time for your ****" reaction and zeus took it too literally.

A++, will read again!

This depends on:
  • the size of the kitchen stove
  • the things I'm trying to cook
  • the amount of time I have to cook "many things"
  • the amount of time I have to cook "many things" before I drop dead from exhaustion after days of non-stop cooking
  • the supply of ingredients and such
Never tried... interesting one.

I've never understood why people get so worked up about people who can cook. It's not hard =|

It's a dieing art classified to most males as the job reserved for the " Bitch in the kitchen" apparently.

Honestly, I think you have to be retarded to really not be able to cook ANYTHING if you're like 20 years old or more.
Some people don't feel like cooking, ever, but they still could if they wanted to.
P.S. Cooking sucks.

Even I don't know...
I cook 5 times a day... once for each meal... but they are all tiny meals... sad face

Edit: Actually, not all of my meals actually require to be "cooked" so this may not be fair. I cook up to 5 times a day would be more percise.

BABIES DO NOT WORK THAT WAY. GOODNIGHT.

But seriously, not up to baby food yet, just formula (so it's SLIGHTLY cooking :D).

I just don't understand why people get all freaked out. The majority of foods give clear, step-by-step instructions. YO DAWG, MAKE DAT OVN 400º, MIX DIS SHIT, POUR IN DIS OTHER SHIT, PUT DAT SHIT IN DA OVEN, BABY, YOU GOT A STEW GOIN'

Granted, I grew up with all my parents being able to cook, but unless you're trying to improvise everybody should be able to put basic meals together.

My parents are also at work and im alone most of the time at home. Though i don't cook any meals or anything, i simply grab food that comes inside cans or something similiar and work out something with it. Though sometimes i could say i make my own meal when i feel like eating vegetarian food, in that case i have to cut things myself and make a salad with the ingredients i want, or when i want to "cook" noodles, but noodles come in packs and with the ingredients itself, all i need is warm water and a pot. Could say this is basic stuff, can't really say if this actually cooking or not.

Portuguese*

I never tried cooking any meals for myself nor did i try making any meals for any other person.
I think that cooking doesn't fit my life so well, just like dancing, i hate both and i doubt i'll ever learn to do any of that.
I'm also pretty sure cooking isn't that hard to get the hang of, just needs practise on how to avoid burnt food and some instructions to avoid blowing your kitchen/house up while trying to cook.
