alright your character works now, you are overflowing at a very small amount so you won't be able to hold nearly as much as some other people. However you could carry more if you dropped you dam bags, you have way to many of them.

My character has been corrupted due to putting on a 'bugged' crest I guess? It was the TFL Guild crest, and it has somehow bugged my character and I cannot remove the crest, or drop any number of items to get that crest to show up to get rid of it.

In the time that i've had this bugged crest I wasnt aware of, I've obtained an AoB; a royal pain in the ass to get, any chance I could get this restored as well?

You have been rolled back to the 18th like you requested, you get what you get with a rollback anything you did from the 18th of midnight to now has been lost and not possible to get back except through playing the game. When it comes to character corruption its best not to fool around.

Unfortunately I need my character 'The Oyster Hippopotamus' rolled back again. This time I don't know why though. I'm almost positive I didn't exceed the item limit this time. I still get the reliable channel overflow message though. It happened the other day once but I went to char_recover and I think that fixed it but now it is happening again and char_recover is not working this time. I have heard it may be because there are spaces in my characters name. Is that the problem? I need this rollback badly because I have alot of TFL's really good weapons with me and I don't want to lose them and screw over my guild.

don't pick so much stuff up

compress your stuff into fewer bags

drop things with long script names; ie litch tounge

don't keep multiple of the same thing.

That should help, though how much is unknown or if at all.

Here's a hint:
My character has a 5 Character name, "Benji". I only have 4 "bags" - a Spellbook, a Weapon Strap, a Quiver of Archer, and a Backpack. I do not ever store any bag in a bag. I've only ever had to roll back once, when I had a "Depleted Urdual Title Ring" in my possession. I've recently (foolishly) pushed my character's item limit to full and survived - my character still sucessfully loaded at 75 items - except on trying to connect to Lodagond-4. The only multiple Items I carry are blessed bolts, Mana potions and Strong health potions, maybe sometimes 2 or 3 of protection potions or demon blood potions - everything else I only carry 1 of at a time when I can. I ticket any weapon or armor I'm not going to use for a while.
I have no idea which combination of these help and which hurt, (except having less bags and avoiding multiple items) but if I can get to 75 items and still not overflow, I must be doing something right
And by the way, I'm nowhere near this limit now - i'm currently at 56 items

The only rollbacks I've ever had are for 1) losing hard to get items when it was still allowable to get a rollback for them 2) losing items that were impossible to get back (read: Raven when the blacksmith's chamber was broken). I've only a Small Sack, Heavy Backpack, Quiver of Archer, and Spellbook. Might have a Large Sack, too, but I can't remember. I've been close and at 75 items more time than I can count, and I've yet to overflow. Oh, and, yes, I have a Litch Tongue.

Maybe there's something in this not having bags in bags and having few bags thing.

I really think the script names have NOTHING to do at all, I had 65 items and 5 (or 4) were spare litch tongues for the guild and I did not overflow.

well like I said I had no real idea if it did or not, though as it stands so far the winning formula for a non overflowing character seems to be fewer bags. For the most part at least, there might be something else that can make a fairly big difference.

rolled you back, I also made you drop some stuff something is a bit off with your character, you overflowed at 2.94 and yet worked at 2.97, I made you drop stuff so you are at 2.90 so you have a bit of wiggle room. I believe its the rings that you have.
