You are here --> X
I suddenly crashed playing msc so I though "eh?" and I looked in my console.

Code:
BUILD 3647 SERVER (0 CRC)
Server # 2
Couldn't open file overviews/heras.txt. Using default values for overiew mode.
cl: * Script Debug (Client): (No Entity) - Registered Reflective Texture
Jelly has joined the game
cl: * Script Debug (Client): Helm of Cold Resistance - temp armor/p_helmets.mdl ( 6 )
cl: * Script Debug (Client): Sir Geric's Armor - temp armor/p_armorvest.mdl ( 4 )
cl: Playing music/msheras.mp3.....
You equip the Helm of Cold Resistance.
   VAC secure mode disabled.
A stench of evil stings your nostrils.

All I did was host a server on Heras. Any ideas?

seems like there is a new bug with steam where it forgets that you own halflife, its happened to me a few times.
you have to relogin to steam.

There was a major Steam outage causing this for everyone (in every mod) earlier today.

My information.
Not just today, if you actually checked steampowered forums you'd see they've had this problem occurring, and re-occurring, over the past year... random disconnects giving that message; of course it is much more frequent at times, it still happens randomly every now & then...

You'd think they would've gotten a generator setup to avoid power outages by now.... maybe some backup satellite Internet connections too...

Well, as to that error, it has been around for sometime... last time it kept hitting at me over & over, a simple deletion of the clientregistry.blob file fixed it immediately (since it re-downloads the file fresh when you next start steam).
