if 2 or three people spam with orion gameplay is horrible.

Actually, if u tell them at the latest, most people understand that and stop using it.

but there are people that dont.

So imho either the HUGE Star-nova thing around the arrows are being narrowed to a tolerable dimension and damage for lower arch skills is made less atractive, or best solution, Orion requires archery 30... or 25 at least.

I have to agree on changing the effect on it. Perhaps just shrink it down by a scale of like 10 for each level >_> Also, lower the volume of the sound it plays, as it can deafen you when people use it near you.

'Tis true, Orion's Bow is annoying as fuck. It doesn't necessarily blind people, in the traditional sense (like a CS flashbang), but, instead, just overlaps your entire screen with an annoying effect... making the only thing still viewable other players & monsters. It's a horrible thing on maps with lots of pits & endless drops to your death... or traps.

And the sound is too loud... I'm tempted to just modify the .WAV myself, making it a bit quieter by default... but I'm fearful of just how far the anti-cheat system goes (will it block slightly modified sounds, or does it only block modified dlls?).

Working on seeing what I can do in regards to this. It really isn't at all the effect I originally intended for the bow, but the bloody sticky client-side fx made what I originally had in mind impossible. (Additive arrow with a electric sprite of various sizes stuck on it.)

Hmm maybe u could make the ball thing shrink after its shot or or when its shot it will become larger to save some latency?
